1. fried an egg
2. steamed chinese sausage with ginger wine
3. cook plain rice
3. dump item #2 (together will all the goil and wine) into the rice cooker once the rice are almost done
4. add more ginger wine in the rice and let it cool down for a few minutes. mix well and servethere goes my simple 'lap mei fan'. it would be better if there is waxed duck as well!
in case you are wondering what is that black liquid, it is actually Marmite soup. haha! but i prefer Bovril more though.
